Impactful PANDAS Webinars & Free PANDAS Workbooks for Youth Created by Teen Girl, Lana

Hi Reader,

We had overwhelming interest in our recent webinar with Dr. Cunningham so we are creating a podcast with attention on strep bacteria and its likely increase worldwide. We will announce more details about the podcast this August.

Please watch the video below to learn how PANDAS is a variant of Sydenham's chorea, a movement and mental health sequela following a strep infection.

There are over thirty excellent videos on our website. One of our favorites is Dr. Earl Harley, ENT, who has new research coming out in late 2026 on the type of immune cells found in tonsils and adenoids from children diagnosed with PANDAS/PANS.

Workbook for PANS Children Written by 13 yr old Lana Zlatevea

We are excited to share the book "PANDA Extravaganza" written and illustrated by Lana Zlatevea, a 13 yr old teen with PANDAS who lives in Germany. It is a fun workbook, kind, and sensitively done, created to help kids and teens explore their feelings even while enduring this illness. The book is filled with meaningful, encouraging sentences that bring hope, strength, and comfort, with a gentle touch of humor that makes it truly special. This is not just a book, but a way for children to feel understood, less alone, and stronger in their journey.

PANDAS Network is donating 20 paperbacks to the first folks who email us! Think about giving the book to a therapist you work with too! Email us at pandasnetwork@gmail.com to get your copy.
